Ordering an Item
It is your responsibility to check the regulations in your country when placing an order. You are responsible for the customs/tax due and any other fees involved. If your item is returned to us because of the regulations in your country, we will issue you a refund less the shipping cost and a £10 processing fee.
Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns policy.
The only situation in which we would accept a refund is if you received a faulty/damaged product.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you make an order, and we have shipped the item, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
You will need to contact us immediately if you have decided to cancel your order, but once it has been shipped its non refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then you will need to check your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent to you.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with evidence of defective or damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
By placing an order, you agree to our shipping policy, and it will be updated regularly, and its your job to check it.
